|Description||Given that the tick change is a massive project at the scope of the entire game, has the idea appear to change it for parts of the runescape game in isolation which would profit from it the most, for example combat? I'm convinced that's also quite an RS gold effort to execute, but it would allow gradual rollout and a simpler time analyzing server strain. Every region of the runescape game broken by altering the tick could theoretically be looked at one at a time instead of all at once, together with diminishing returns on which activities gain from the responsiveness. Obviously it is still a big job even then awarded that encouraging just battle to start would also probably require encouraging movement and any other heavily-tied systems if a fantastic alternative for making this incremental is found. Personally, I believe that is the best idea Jagex have had in a very long time. Also, but the fact that leagues only last a limited amount of time makes it good for promoting the runescape game on platforms like YouTube and twitch. Hopefully these leagues will also help bring out a few more updates to areas like Zeah, which are notorious for being overly large without enough content (though they've expanded on it fairly well since Kebos). It is PERFECTLY fine should they take pages out of good features from other games using an OSRS spin. Personally, Im quite excited to play this and that I dont even care about the benefits! This is the sort of game style I didnt know I needed but now I can not wait!! I got back to osrs when I saw swampletics at episode 3. I have seen quite a few people say similar things in comments with this subreddit too. I see this as jagex seeking to create that experience for the average runescape player with some quality of life and extra goals which is a great thing imo. This looks good for a first league. It would be amazing to observe old school runescape buy gold some speedrunning classes included later on however, for example fastest to finish a solo raid, fastest to hit certain overall levels or skill goals, or perhaps pursuit runs, all predicated on time logged in like King of the ability has been. Speedrunning classes could function amazingly for osrs with a few tweaked fall rates to remove a number of the major rng issues inherent to speedrunning material on osrs.Has there wasn't some discussion of this type of material for future leagues?|
